Terms and Conditions of Use
Accepted Payment: Direct Checkout, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, Cash on Delivery, and Square.
Shipping
All orders including wax tarts, candles, and tealights are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise mentioned.
-We recommend shipping addresses have someone that can pick up the package to be brought inside. Soy can melt or soften when left outside in warm temperatures and we are not responsible for any orders that melt under these circumstances.
RETURNED ORDERS: We hope you LOVE every purchase from The Jupiter Scents, but just in case, here are some guidelines to consider before purchasing. Every Candle is made of high quality ingredients and we take special care in preparing each candle. All candles are individually hand-poured. As with any handcrafted product, slight variances may occur and are a natural part of the “handmade” process. If you have purchased a product that for some reason is not what you expected, please notify us within three (3) business days. The items may be returned (unused) within 30 days. The purchase price will be refunded once the item has been returned. The customer will be responsible for paying return shipping.
We take great care in packaging your order to insure your product arrives in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of damage during shipping, you will need to save the shipping box, packaging material and product. Please open all of your packages immediately after delivery. Any damaged or wrongly shipped products must be brought to our attention within three (3) business days after receipt of delivery for a full refund or return authorization. Refunds and Exchanges
Before requesting, we ask that you consider when purchasing or reviewing that the candles are subjective, uniquely made items that are artistically created through our own personal interpretation. This may or may not agree with your interpretation of the said original inspiration for the scents.
We accept returns and exchanges on unused and unlit candles only in their original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. If you choose to simply return the items (rather than exchange), we are able to refund the cost of the purchased items but not the original or post shipping fees.
For the safety and enjoyment of all customers, we do not accept returns on custom tarts, candles, wax melts, or tea lights.
We maintain the right to alter or change store policies at any time.
